With the increasing use of virtual space in business, applications for trademark registration designating goods and services related to virtual space are on the increase.
To clarify the description of designated goods for virtual goods, the JPO has prepared and published guidelines for the designation of goods and services related to virtual space and non-alternative tokens (NFT).
